Turn Key

Ensure a seamless transition at the end of your commercial lease by entrusting us with leaving the space in a “turn-key,” broom-clean condition — meeting the terms of your rental contract so you get your deposit back.

Before decommissioning, we advise scheduling a meeting with your property manager to review contract terms and ensure compliance, and obtaining the turnover conditions in writing. After our work is complete, a final walkthrough verifies compliance.

Please note: all cabling needs to be removed from ceiling and floor channels, or cut at wall outlets and rolled up in the ceiling space.

• Removal and liquidation

• E-waste removal — computers, televisions, VCRs, stereos, copiers and fax machines
• Repairing wall surfaces (excluding painting)
• Replacing ceiling tiles
